If you wish to subscribe to my newsletter, contact me on social media, or send me an email please read this policy first. The details listed below apply equally to all visitors. This policy has been in effect since 1 May 2025.

I take the privacy of those who contact me seriously. I will not ask for unnecessary information and never release contact info to third parties. If you are a third party wishing to obtain such information, unless you have a warrant the answer is no.

By subscribing to my newsletter you agree to receive periodic contacts from me including but not limited to free e-books, offers, artwork, releases, and events I’ll be attending. I use MailChimp to store contact info, and by signing up to my newsletter you consent that I can do the following:

Enter your contact info into MailChimp.
Send you newsletters and emails from MailChimp.
Track click and open rates for emailing and marketing purposes.

Every MailChimp form collects email, IP, and timestamp data to prove consent. I have no access to anyone else’s distribution info and I do not share mine. If you subscribe and use the ‘forward to a friend’ link, you can share my emails with people not on my distribution list. If you do this, I cannot see whatever email address you send it to.

To show that you’ve agreed to sign up for my newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email after submitting your info. This is called ‘double opt-in’, and it ensures you know what you signed up for. If we meet face to face and you give me your contact info, you will get the same email.
